Pilates is an innovative and safe system of mind-body exercise using a floor mat or a variety of equipment. It evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates and can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs.
The exercises are usually done in a specific order, one right after another. The moves may look simple, but they take a lot of precision and control.
Pilates builds strength without excess bulk, capable of creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility. You may also have better posture and a better sense of well-being.
Considering CryoLiving’s objective to represent the best in wellness and health, the integration of this conscious physical practice into our offering was logical. There are an estimated 11 Million people practicing the discipline across the globe with phenomenal results.
Partnering with Gaby Nordgaard and Fiona Du Plooy, both seasoned and creative leaders in the field, it has allowed us to bring the best of physical fitness to our new CryoLiving studio. The studio space is beautiful, open plan, with views of the garden to transport you into a serene state of mind
With the intention of providing a platform for clients to bundle their wellness regime, extending their journey with Sleek Sculpt or Cryotherapy with the boost of a low impact strengthening exercise plan.
Group classes will run daily with the option of dedicated One on One sessions through appointment.
To celebrate the Launch of the Studio we will be facilitating Mat orientation classes on the following days:
